Cook Volunteers

What a wonderful front page story about Maria Rincon, a parent volunteer at Cook. Congratulations Maria for being honored by the Governor and winner of the Jefferson Award. And thank you to Lynda and Mike Meharg working to enhance the landscaping at Cook. I know we have outstanding parent volunteers all around the district. There is something for everyone interested in helping. Good Job !!

    All CMSD's parent and community volunteers are appreciated! Thank you to all who share their time with our schools. You make a difference!
    The Columbus School District Board of Trustees will recognize each school's Parent of the Year at the May 11th board meeting and the District Parent of the Year will be announced!

    Maria will be honored for her Jefferson Award in Tupelo on May 12th. The program will be taped and will air on WTVA, WLOV, and WKDH on May 16-17th. As soon as the times are released, I will post them.
